We offer hiring companies an innovative way to find top IT experts for their open positions. Therefore we talk with hundreds of Engineers every month from which we select the best candidates so you have acess to the right talent in the moment you need it.

Every candidate is going through a 3-step selection process. First, we screen the CV and avalability of the candidate. Second, our Engineers conduct a technical interview (incl. live challenges). And third, the candidates have to complete a take-home assignment.

This depends on your requirements. We accept candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience but also have more experienced candidates with 10+ years of work experience.

You do not pay before you decided to hire a candidate. Once you have made your decision, you will pay a fixed monthly fee per candidate that you hire. Most of our clients are able to save approx. 40% compared to hiring candidates directly.

We have a strong focus on the African market with local offices in Ghana, Kenia, Senegal and Rwanda. Africa offers great opportunities for European companies looking for IT talent due to the similar time zone, language capabilities as well as the yound & tech saavy population.

Our objective is to create 10,000 jobs across Sub-Sahara Africa by 2025. Therefore our offering is designed to provideyou with the best possible remote experience on the market. However, we do facilitate candidates coming for meetings or events to Europe in person and have supported relocations as well. In addition we also have a few candidates in our pool that are based in Europe and open for non-remote positions.
